Shipping and Delivery

1.Receiving time =Processing time+Shipping time
Our processing time is 4-10 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) wil be
provided to you after that.
2.Shipping time: Flat Rate Shipping takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However regional varlations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
3. Shipping methods:
a) For USA, we use SF express. When the package arrives at the US, the UPS will delivery it. Defaultly, we fill the SF express tracking number to your order, which is fully traceable throughout the entire process. If you need the UPS tracking number, please contact us via [email protected].
b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, ltaly, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, we use YANWEN, a Chinese shipping company. And the tracking number is also fully traceable throughout the entire process.
c) For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
